Congratulations to Team ReFeel as National Champions for British American Tabacco (BAT), Battle of Minds 2023. The team's business pith addresses the bio-challenge, pitching a sustainable business solution to eliminate single-use plastic packaging. The team would be advancing towards the area round of Bttle of Minds 2023, competing with national champions. BAT Battle of Minds is a global case competition solving ESG-themed challenges to build a positive impact for a more sustainable furure. It emphasises entreprenuership to bring cutting-edge ideas.

2ND RUNNER UP AT MONETARY POLICY CHALLENGE

2nd Runner Up at Monetary Policy Challenge organised by Tun Ismail Ali Chair (TIAC) Intervarsity Challenge on 19 & 20 July 2022. Their supervisors were Dr Wong Hoong Sang and Assistant Professor Dr Umathevi Munikrishnan from the Department of Management Studies

Published an article entitled, “Generalized Susceptible-Exposed-Infectious-Recovered model and its contributing factors for analyzing the death and recovery rates of the COVID-19 pandemic” in Applied Soft Computing, Elsevier which has an JCR Impact Factor 2020 = 6.725, ranked in the top 10% of the JCR category of Computer Science, Interdisciplinary Applications (ranked 11 out of 112 journals).

Congratulations The House Of Themis for winning second place at CFA Society Malaysia University Ethics Challenge 2021 (Local Level).
The team comprises three students from Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Finance and Investment and Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Accounting in Finance.
The challenge is to increase students’ awareness of ethical dilemmas faced in the investment management industry. Participants will analyse a real case, formulate solutions, and present their conclusion to a panel of expert judges.
