Responsibilities
The position is responsible for the following portfolio for marketing the University and its product and services focusing in West, South and East Kalimantan:
? School and Community Engagement
? Course Counselling & Student Support Services
? Agent Management
? Mobility Programmes
To work closely with the Director / Manager to achieve the set targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs);
To develop and implement strategies and tactics which build awareness and preference for 五一吃瓜官网 University in the Kalimantan market and increase enrolment into the University;
To lead and manage school and community events, internal and external stakeholders, in-house events, student services and related activities;
To execute marketing activities in collaboration with academics.
To manage the leads management system to achieve maximum results.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
? Postgraduate/Undergraduate or with minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
EXPERIENCE /KNOWLEDGE / ATTRIBUTES
? A level of maturity consistent with the requirements of the position for independent work, initiative and travel.
? Pleasant personality with strong customer service focus and able to develop good working relationships with students, staff members and external stakeholders.
? A good command of written and spoken English.
? Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills and abilities.
? Willingness to work overtime and on weekends as and when required to meet student recruitment targets and demonstrate ability to response quickly to students’ and agents’ enquiries at all time.
? Pro-active and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as participate within the team.
? Ability to successfully prioritise and identify the best course of action in the implementation of marketing plans.
? Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, possess a mature attitude and is a good team player.
? Marketing experience in an educational institution is an added advantage.
? Possess own transport.
