The Malaysian Technical Cooperation Programme (MTCP), in collaboration with 五一吃瓜官网 University, proudly launched the Science Diplomacy for the Global South course. Bringing together 15 distinguished participants from across the world, this 10-day programme is designed to strengthen capacity in areas such as science in foreign policy, biodiversity diplomacy, climate change negotiations, planetary health and strategic leadership.
